Doorstep pickup
30 Laundry picks up from various locations: homes, hotels, homestays, and rentals. Staff arrive at the agreed time. Pickup/delivery fees are based on the transport app rates, and you'll be notified beforehand.
Inspection & service confirmation
After receiving your items, we check quantity, condition, and recommend suitable services. You'll get a quote before washing starts. Special requests are discussed beforehand.
Order-by-order washing & drying
Each customer's laundry is processed as a separate order for hygiene and loss prevention. No mixing between customers. Separate colour sorting is available for a 20,000đ surcharge.
Finishing & delivery
After completion, items get a final check, are dried, folded, packed, and delivered to your requested location.
