Laundry Delivery Service Process
Send Info: Message your address and phone number via Zalo or WhatsApp.
Confirmation & Quote: We will confirm your address, quote the one-way shipping fee, and provide service pricing.
Book Shipper: Once you agree, we will book a shipper. A shipper will call and pick up your items within 5 minutes.
Special Requests: Upon receiving the items at the shop, we will call to confirm specific requests (e.g., color sorting, separating bags, low-temperature washing, etc.; additional fees apply based on requests).
Processing & Delivery: We will wash, dry, fold, and return your items via the shipper.
Payment:
Option 1: COD (pay directly to the shipper).
Option 2: Bank transfer.
